We want you to be delighted with the quality and craftsmanship of your Giclée. In fact, we guarantee it. After all, if you’re delighted, so are we. It you have fun, so do we. We inspect our artwork at every step in our process which uses advanced technologies to control image fidelity and product quality. Then we carefully pack each piece to help ensure it reaches you in the finest possible condition. We also take great care to ensure the accuracy of your order. Note that your monitor might not match the colors we see in the artwork using our calibrated monitors. So you might see slight variations between the colors you saw on your monitor and the artwork you receive. One way to prevent this potential issue is to order our samples so you can see what the final artwork will look like when printed on the substrate you choose. In summary, in terms of color, size, substrate, order information, etc., we make every effort to meet or exceed your expectations.
 
Now, if, for some reason you’re not happy with the craftsmanship of an item, call us at 1-800-297-9065, Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Arizona Time. We’ll take care of any and every issue. If you contact us within 30 days of receipt of your artwork, we’ll have more options available to help you, including replacing the art or giving you full credit.

If the art arrives damaged in a damaged package, refuse it. Then contact us within five business days and we’ll send you a replacement immediately. If you’ve already accepted the package, then call us at 1-800-297-9065. We’ll provide you with guidance on how to return the artwork.

As a courtesy, we’ll send you an e-mail so you’ll know when we’ve received your returned item and have completed your return.
